Yeah, but the code in CVS does things the other way around:
it tries first to create the log file without any ServletContext
information, and if that fails, it tries to add that info.
I believe this is wrong, and my patch inverts the order.
If you agree this is the current situation, let me know and
I'll apply my patch.
