In "turbine-schema.xml" there is an http reference to file database.dtd.
You can delete such line or change such reference which database.dtd
in directory /dtd.

Subject: Problem with Torque
Please excuse if this is a stupid, often asked question
I have "discovered" that , unless I have a connection up toi the net (I
am a dail in user, blame our national telco!!)
the Torque build (build-project.sh init) fails, due to (I think) a
dependancy to something living on java.apache.org (a DTD i suspect)
everything works fine, except for the turbine core schema
(turbine-schema.sql), which is left blank, unless the script is run with
a connection to the net.
is this an undocumented feature, or what?
I realise that this is a non-issue for all of you with real
connectivity, but some of us live in the third world.
is there an obvious way around this that I am missing
Regards
Sean Allen
