I meant to mention that whenever I run a torque build I get the line in
DTDResolver that is supposed to extract the DTD from the jar throwing a
NullPointerException - implying that the call to getResource is failing.
I've checked and the DTD is in the jar in the correct place, but I
didn't look at it any further as the problem is easily worked around.

It would be great if this could be fixed - does anyone have this code
working? (It's very easy to tell - the stack trace of the exception gets
sent to the standard output when the exception is thrown).
