Yep, this is my point. If the services aren't initialized, then it ain't
Turbine doing the redirecting.

But perhaps you mean it happens whether the services are initialized or
not *prior* to the request, and that if they are not they get
initialized and then you see the redirect problem.

If this is the case then it is the Turbine redirects causing the
problem...

There are now two redirects: 

The first is to the request URL + "/redirected/true" (copying all
parameters into pathinfo).

The second is to the request URL removing "/redirected/true".

Thus I can't see how you could get two successive redirects to the same
URL.

Could you try putting log lines in Turbine.java just before the two
sendRedirect method calls to see what duri.toString is? (I can't
reproduce this problem with my setup and copy of Mozilla).
