Hmmm...that doesn't make much sense either since Turbine initializes the
Services in a synchronized block within the Turbine.java init() method as
well as in the doGet() method. In other words, Turbine won't serve a request
until the services are initialized.

I'm using Catalina with Scarab and not having any problems.
