Yes, Turbine still supports JServ.  I think there are two classes that
will not build.  One gives relative urls for use in templates, but it is
very easy to get by with absoulute urls when they are being generated
anyway.  The other, I think is TurbineConfig, is useful for running
services outside the Turbine servlet.
