I was looking at moinmoin and I found a problem.

People are not creating pages in RoughDocs and it's starting to get messy again.

take a look at http://docs.turbogears.org/TitleIndex and
http://docs.turbogears.org/1.0/CheetahTemplating doesn't has the
official flag.

or http://docs.turbogears.org/1.0/Python2.5Support which is what I was
going to migrate but someone else didn't and I didn't notice. cause it
wasn't on RoughDocs.

I went into #moinmoin in freenode and started looking for help into
making people have just one place to create stuff with one basic
template and ended up with a very nice idea from their side.

I end up explaining what we want and starshine there told me the way
they do releases which I find great and i think we should implement.

they have 2 wiki's MoinMaster and MoinMoin. The idea is that
everything that is contributed goes into one and when a release comes
they run a script that dumps one wiki on top of the other. (I believe
this is customizable, and if it isn't we'll make it)

The best advantage I see of this is that everyone can use
roughdocs.turbogears.org freely as a wiki, we can restrict the
template to just one and make this wiki suit for transformation, then
on the "real" site keep the docs.

We won't have outdated docs cause roughdocs will be "deleted" on each release.

We will still keep the comments on the main site since those are
mostly fixes to existing docs. but the new docs will be on the
roughdocs wiki, which normally take more work and will be spoted.

what do you think?
