I think this could be a great idea...though I think it should be more of a "rating" system than a "voting" system.  Reviewers could look in the unofficial docs for highly rated articles and use that as a starting point for inclusion in the official docs.

I'm not sure how easy it would be to build something like this into moinmoin, but I think we could definitely add this as a feature to Docudo (which I will get back around to working on, I promise!)
