Hmm, I just noticed that the links from the TOC to the question do not work like I intended. I was expecting (from reading the somewhat confusing ReST docs [1]) that this markup: .. _Q-001: would create an anchor like this: <a name="q-001"> But apparently it does not create *any* output. Is there something wrong with the wiki ReST parser or did I just misinterpret the ReST docs?
