Hi,

I noticed that many of the documents linked from the 1.0 index are still
marked as Draft, not marked with a status at all, not write protected
and some of them rather rough.

What is the policy for the 1.0 index? Should we give an official status
to all pages that are protected and are not marked with a status
"offcial" yet (except where issues with the document are indicated)?
Should we link pages that are still draft/in progress and unprotected
from 1.0?
