yea sadly most people contributing new stuff don't put it on RoughDocs

I think that if it's linked from 1.0 index (except some cases like
2.5support which is a note, should be marked with a status.

I don't see a problem to link to draft that just means they are in
flux but they should either be moved to roughdocs or marked as
protected, we can't have misinformation being mark as official.
