Under the info tab there is a view source link.

That Confluence is better than any python engine? I guess I'd have to
ask James Gardner to know for sure.

I'm not a big Confluence advocate really. We started using it at work
about a year ago and it's been pretty amazing. MoinMoin may be very
good also, I don't know it well enough to compare.

AFAIK Atlassian (Confluence maker) supports open source projects buy
providing the software for free.
