I think that was because at some point there was a plan to restructure the identity docs and rewrite parts of them. That's why they are only linked from the RoughDocs page at the momnet. Unfortunately the restrcuturing/rewrite seems to have stopped half-way-through. I added you to the Editors group so that you can change the TOC page.
