I think there's no need to put new docs under the RoughDocs name space first, if you intend to promote them to official ones later. In ymy eyes, RoughDocs is only for rough notes and stuff of periphal interest. But to give an "offcial" tag to your documents, at least one other editor should have a look over them to check for: - general structure - spelling and grammitical errors - possible linking to other offcial docs - and such Any takers?
