#2155: Catwalk should have a confirm on delete

I was messing around with the new admin on beta 3 and pressed "delete" on
the managers group, expecting to get a confirmation dialog. Instead, it
went ahead and deleted this record and now (of course) I am unable to
access it anymore. I will have to manually re-instate that record.
Might I suggest a javascript confirm() or something of the sort when
deleting records?
