It's a possibility I haven't thought about.  Anyway, why would CP do something
with an opaque parameter?  I always thought that tg_format was exclusive to
TG, even if it is later translated to something for CP. 

I haven't opened the bug yet, but now that you said it also happens with
CatWalk, I'll try here and open a bug based on that.  :-)
