This means that a "1.1-foo-exp" should branch from trunk due to the transitive property of the previous statement. If it branches 1.0, then it shall be called "1.0-toolbox-exp" in order to keep naming conventions sane. However, 1.0 is in feature freeze so I don't see any point in experimenting new features with the 1.0 branch...
