Hi,

I just commit the genshi template to branch/1.1, and hack quickstart
command to make sqlalchemy by default.
I also added a -o(sqlobject) option to generate sqlobject template as
well.

Now the branch/1.1 works as we expect for 1.1.
You could start test it and port docs for it.

The gray area is: should we make effort on changing the internal
default values from kid to genshi?
--> that might bring another efforts, ex: porting toolbox to genshi.
