I'm planning on giving toscawidgets.org a new face before January, with
its own Trac just for TW (which has a wiki in which users can contribute
recipes. etc.), API docs (thanks to Apydia. the source has already
docstrings since day 1, though there is plenty of room to improve them), a
TW package list retrieved from the cheeseshop (like TG widgets', TW has
already got its own trove classifier for this) and a widget browser.

Daniel Haus has kindly volunteered to give me a hand with his photoshop
skills but other than that there's been little help on this. I would
greatly appreciate any help on the documentation aspects. It's no secret
that documentation is not my forte but I believe well compensate for that
with direct support in the TW mailing list with concrete questions.
Besides that, I know the TW source too well so I find it quite difficult
to write user-level docs. The last (and only) tutorial I wrote (the one at
my blog and pylons' wiki) owes a lot to the people at pylons' ML which
pinpointed what I should cover and at what level.

That said. The more help the quicker they'll come :) Things that would be
great:

1) Patches to the source with more complete and readable docstrings. These
will soon look great thanks to Apydia.
2) Tutorials on how to use existing widgets.
3) Tutorials on how to create widgets (there are already some out there)
4) Recipes: those simple one-shot widgets you've made, patterns you have
discovered, etc, etc...

It would be great if these were in restructuredtext format because it's
what I plan to use for tw.org. Please drop a line at TW's ML or me
directly if you want to help. I would love to help you with helping TW :)
Hopefully once TW's Trac/wiki is up it will be easier to contribute.

Alberto
