We will port Identity or something very like identity to TG2 to make
upgrades easier.  It's not 100% clear that identity will be the
default in tg2, but I plan to make sure it's available.   But at the
moment I don't use it, and it's not yet been ported.

We decided that raw SA would be the default, unless there was simple,
painless, integration with raw sa 0.4 models in both directions out of
the box.   This is a design goal of elixir, but IIRC it's not quite
true yet.

I would love to have a couple more testers ;)   We are in early
phases, so there would be some reading source code to figure out how
things work involved, but I think we've got a pretty stable base to
work on, so for people comfortable with "source level documentation"
should have an OK time of things.
