I don't think this will work well. If tg-dev and tg have different release cycles, there's no good way to indicate what revision you really want to use. tg-dev trunk and tg last stable revision? Both last stable? Does that mean you make tg-dev last stable depend on the last stable tg? Then you can't use tg-dev last stable with tg trunk *at all* without editing setup.py.
