Ho yes, I take a look on that project. Looks very nice on their Screen Cast. But they don't look to be a mentoring organization for the GSoC, i can eventually help that guys by my own.
By the way, any other suggestion on my proposal ? I'm actually working on some parts of it, right now there is a Database and some clases working for singnals, some nice templates and css are too... If there is any interest on my work, please let me know. And if there is any other project needed for help, i would be glad to contribute back.
