Arggh.  I got partway through this when the server went down at my
otherwise reliable hosting provider.

I'm busy volunteering for flood cleanup tomorrow, (I live in Cedar
Rapids, Iowa) so I probably won't be able to get back to it until
Sunday or Monday.
