Hi, I've integrated the paginate-decorator into the tg.decorators module.
However, before I send a patch, I'd like to know how to write proper docstrings, if and if yes where I should add additional docs, and how to test the pagination inside the tg.tests - last time I checked (2 min ago) there seemed to be now rendering tests.
