I propose that we move the TG2 development planning documentaiton from the moin-moin wiki into trac. Ultimately I think we may move all the docs into sphinx (and I'm willing to help make that happen for 1.x if anybody is willing to work with me on it). Then we can use the trac wiki to support development related documents, while end-user documentation goes into sphinx.
This alows us to embed trac tickets, ticket queries, and other useful info into the development plans, and makes for a single place for development related information for turbogears 2.
