OK, so I just closed a bunch of small tickets, and we're down to two tickets for beta 6.
* http://trac.turbogears.org/ticket/2195 -- py2.6 users on windows need compiled eggs * http://trac.turbogears.org/ticket/1999 -- internationalization helpers for ToscaWidgets and FormEncode Ticket 1999 has a patch that Chris P, and I have looked over and feel ok about -- but neither of us have done any major internationalization work, so I want someone with more experience to take a look at this and let me know if it looks OK to them before we apply it. And I just sent out a call for help compilint windows eggs, since I'm away from a windows machine for the next few days. I think we can release if 1999 gets a look without the windows eggs, but it sure would be nice to have them. And as of now, I'd consider TG2 at a full feature freeze except for the potential internationalization changes in #1999. Any exceptions to this need to be explicitly approved by me, or Florent. I expect that sometime next week we'll branch 2.0 stable and new features will be allowed to go into trunk again. -- Mark Ramm-Christensen email: mark at compoundthinking dot com blog: www.compoundthinking.com/blog --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears Trunk" group.
