I think this is a great idea. Hosting all these tools take away
valuable man power from the dev team. As a side note I would add that
a wiki is not really needed, I always found it a distraction relative
to the docs. Adding to the docs is infinitely more useful than
expanding the wiki.

And separating tg1 and tg2 is also a good idea, it makes things
clearer for everybody.
