Yes, thanks for merging that in, Mike. I had invested some time work
into this new layout last year and already feared this was in vain.
I really like what you have done for the TG 2.1 docs - hope you won't
mind if I use it for a project I am doing the doc for.
What about "feeding" your changes back to Sphinx and make an alternate
layout "out of the box"?
