I will try to separate the 1.x docs into their own Sphinx projects
referencing the corresponding source code, and move the docs for the
sub-projects to their PyPI pages.
I agree that the other old (meta info) pages should go into the CMS.
Actually only now I understood the website has been made with a CMS - is
it the ominous tgext.pages? Do you want to care for incorporating these
pages into the CMS or do you want me to do it (will need a CMS account
in this case). I will be away over the easter holidays and I am not sure
how much I can do before.
