Speaking about virtual hosts, we should also have downloads.turbogears.org/x.y/ or files.turbogrars.org/x.y/ redirect to turbogears.org/x.y/downloads.
I haven't done any such script as yet. Mainly I didn't do it because it wasn't necessary yet. I do agree that we should have one though. If we need it before Wednesday, then it might be better if you do it. If we can wait until the next release (2.0.4 or 1.1.x or 1.5.0), then I'll take care of it then.
