Last week Christoph pointed out a flaw in the branch strategy about
bugfix releases while working on new major releases and that made me
think that a few bugfixes we have on the 2.2 branch would make sense
for a 2.1.5 bugfix release as they actually might solve a few issues
to users.

Specifically, I'm talking about:
 - hooks bug when @validate fails
(https://sourceforge.net/p/turbogears2/tickets/141)
 - Jinja Dotted notation support
(https://sourceforge.net/p/turbogears2/tickets/136/)
 - Genshi doctype bugfix (there isn't a ticket to trace this)
 - Multiple paginators on the same page not working
(https://sourceforge.net/p/turbogears2/tickets/134/)

All of those have already been fixed and should just need to be
cherry-picked from the development branch to a bugfix branch.
In the frequent release mindset that has been pointed out as a good
way to go during the last meeting I think that making a 2.1.5 bugfix
release would make sense since a few months passed since the 2.1.4
release.

Anyone is against to this? Is there any reason for not doing this?
