My last attempt to follow those instructions, about a week ago, ended
in failure after a number of errors during the "python setup.py
develop" command. Trying again just now seemed to work better. A
little better. Bit by the RuleDispatch problem and permissions
problems on the local machine disabling setup_tools. Woh.
Anyway, I've finally gotten it working and will be writing up some code
tonight to deal with minor glitches.
