ok, i have a problem getting the toolbox to run.
i'm running a svn checkout from yesterday on a WinXP machine.
when i run: tg-admin toolbox i get the following message:

somehow, when i run: tg-admin toolbox -n, i don't get that message. the
server seems to startup ok. but when i point my browser to it, nothing
happens while the console tells me:

Anyone some idea what's going on. I was so looking forward to
