Why not just set the cache headers correctly instead? -bob I've never managed to get consistent behavior from IE on anything else than IIS  when using cache headers. A random URL works every time. Further more it seems that caching, or the control of caching, requires HTTP 1.1, that is - if I read this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q234067/ document correctly.
