[TurboGears] Tarball: Turbogears 0.9 but tg-admin 0.8a5?

Hi, all

 I have in my computer (I use Ubuntu 5.10) the version 0.8a5 of the
TurboGears.  When I installed version 0.9 of tarball, I verified that
the packages had been installed correctly, with exception of tg-admin
that still it is 0.8a5.  What it can have happened?
