Thanks for the link, Dan. Maybe the "Need help?" sidebar that appears in "Community" (which was "Support' once upon a time) needs to move to the docs page.
I just posted a comment on Lion's blog. I certainly agree about the doc issues, but I also think he didn't give the community a fair shake.
