You have to open port 8080 in the firewall settings in System Preferences. Also, you'd need to open the toolbox's port 7654 if you want that to work via Bonjour.
127.0.0.1 will work from your own machine but the bonjour name only works for opened ports. Of course then you have to consider whether you want other machines on the network to be able to access your project. BTW, where do you turn this off in case you don't want to be on Bonjour at all?
