[TurboGears] cElementTree-1.0.5-20051216

I just tried to reinstall Turbogears using

easy_install -a  -f http://www.opensource4you.com/nightly_tarballs.shtml TurboGears

The problem is that it requires cElementTree-1.0.5-20051216 and there doesn't seem to be a Windows binary of that version yet on the cElementree site.
I cannot build it myself because that requires Visual Studio version 7.1 and I don't have that.

Is there someone out there that has already built this one and wants to share it?
