Did you add the following line to your prodcfg.py file?

server.webpath='/tg_fastcgi.fcgi'

So directly running ./tg_gastcgi.fcgi appears to work, but not when
trying to run it through a browser.  It kinda looks like it is at least
calling CherryPy in some fashion. My .htaccess looks correct (I didn't
change it after I upgraded) and I think the permissions are correct.
