IMHO, all examples in the book should present I18N.  Not just one specific
chapter or a few of them.  Ans introduction explaining what to remove to get
rid of I18N is much better than a chapter explaining what to add to get I18N.
Also, there are a lot of places where I18N comes in: widgets, templates,
python code, database model, database setup, etc.

This is a major flaw in several books, specially because one gets the idea
that I18N is not a concern for the people developing the tool or writing code
with it.  

So, if you could add I18N to the example you are already developing in the
book it would be much better than citing / showing something in a part of
it...
