IMHO, all examples in the book should present I18N. Not just one specific chapter or a few of them. Ans introduction explaining what to remove to get rid of I18N is much better than a chapter explaining what to add to get I18N. Also, there are a lot of places where I18N comes in: widgets, templates, python code, database model, database setup, etc. This is a major flaw in several books, specially because one gets the idea that I18N is not a concern for the people developing the tool or writing code with it.
