IE7, from all the reports I've heard, is quite solid in terms of CSS support. It will not, unfortunately, have SVG support, which is a disappointment. I also know that alex russell (dojo project lead) has complained that the scripting system has not seen as much work and is essentially IE6. I get annoyed with IE on a regular basis, but it is nothing compared to the that was NN4.
