I put them all up at TG.org to ensure that the releases that TG uses are available (in case a newer version of something isn't compatible) and to ensure speedy download response and good availability. You wouldn't want 1 site out of a dozen to be down and prevent you from installing TG. And, if TG.org were to have some big failure, I could have it up on a new server in short order.
