Hi Kevin, i would buy the "TurboGears Ultimate DVD (TG Supporter)", but when I set the state in the Cart page to Italy, appears this message: "Sorry, it was not possible to calculate shipping for this order. The USPS rate was not available". Is there an other way to buy that DVD?
