What editor does everyone use for development and why? No need to hash over vi and emacs just interested in the *other* editors that are being used.
Also what are some of the setups you use to increase productivity. After all this is an agile development framework. So any pointers or tips or applications you might use that might make deveploment faster would be usefull.
