Hi to all!

Let me first say that I really like TG a lot and that I hope all you
developers keep on doing your great work for this challenging and
exciting OS project!

I'd just like to make the following suggestion:

server.socket_host should default to 'localhost' in dev.cfg when
creating a new project with help of tg_admin quickstart!

I don't think it's a good idea to have web apps in dev status be
viewable from outside your local machine--and if, then only to certain
trusted IPs (i.e. testers).

Probably many/some newbies to TG are not aware of this possible
pitfall. Maybe just adressing this issue in the docs would be equally
good?

What do you think?

Though the CherryPy server is bound to port 8080, nmap clearly reveals
it:
Interesting ports on xxx (yyy):
Not shown: 1678 closed ports
