the "RewriteRule to a particular port won't  work'" means, for example,
redirect http://test.com to http://test.com:8080, but bluehost won't
open a port for you. and I don't want my site's address with other port
too.

I don't know whether there is another way to do something like
mod_proxy in lighttpd. (Bluehost don't have mod_proxy with apache, too)
