Some more diagnosis information:
I ran this command ('python -vv -c "import _imaging"') as per this
website
('http://plone.org/documentation/error/ioerror-decoder-jpeg-not-available')
and this was the result:
import _imaging # dynamically loaded from
/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.4/lib/python2.4/site-packages/PIL/_imaging.so
Is this using the right PIL package?
