It was specifically MoinMoin's plugins and capabilities. I wanted to be able to lock down the "official" pages so that only site editors could change them, but I still wanted people to be able to post comments (kind of like the PHP site, which is very effective). MoinMoin let me do these things (with the right plugins) and also made it easy to do the VersionNum/Doc hierarchical page format (though I believe Trac can do this as well). > Just wondering about the reasoning.
