I think Roland created it back in January, but it never got linked into the TG docs. But since he released it under a Creative Commons licence, all we need to do is give him credit and we can use it wherever we want. I think he may have sent me a copy of the Adobe Illustrator file, in which case I'll fix the postgress PostgreSQL thing.
