I wouldn't call anyone involved a slacker -- just the opposite. My
instinct tells me that it seems to be a matter of priorities and
delegation. TG's interest level has risen dramatically in the past 60
days. Very likely Kevin and everyone else involved has been quite
busy -- however they need to start delegating more efficiently or this
is going to become a strangle point.
With regards to the project, the TG community infrastructure is every
bit as important as TG2 and whatever other announcement Kevin is going
to be making in a couple days. If they fail at the ability to
delegate responsibilities then the project is doomed to repeat the
mistakes of NetBSD (

I wholeheartedly agree. I've made some moves in that direction and
definitely have some other ideas in the works.
